Our key figures: – + 8,000 lots sold since 2007 in 650 residences – 600 to 800 lots/year LMNP marketed, depending on the year, and sales in excess of €10 million – Permanent stock of 250 to 400 lots.
A healthy company with regular results, and rated F2 by the BDF (2 = “very satisfactory+” credit rating) The solutions marketed by REVENU PIERRE are accompanied by LMNP accounting solutions in partnership with ENDRIX, France’s 7th largest accounting group, and various guarantees for end customers (construction guarantee, resale guarantee, post-deed monitoring, etc.).
The 2024 product orientations are based on resales in student residences (45%), senior residences (20%), business residences (15%), EHPAD (15%) and tourism (5%). A large number of recent residences are coming off Censi Bouvard.
