The Game is a free competition with no purchase necessary, open from 2 February 2026 to midnight on 13 January 2027.
To take part, simply visit the game address:
https://www.experts-du-patrimoine.fr/championnat/ and make at least one asset allocation in the game. This involves virtually investing 1 000 000 (one million) euros in one or more available investment instruments and, where appropriate, subsequently making one or more reallocations between those instruments.
The investments and/or divestments made in this way constitute a simulation using investment instruments available through a life insurance contract or securities account. However, this simulation follows actual financial market fluctuations.
Participants will be ranked according to their portfolio performance.
Article 2: Participants
This free game with no purchase necessary is open exclusively to adults who are wealth professionals on the starting date and reside in metropolitan France, including Corsica.
Excluded are anyone not meeting the above conditions, the Organiser’s employees, anyone directly or indirectly involved in designing, producing or administering the game, and their spouses and family members: direct ancestors and descendants or other relatives, whether or not living in the same household.
The Organiser reserves the right to require any participant to prove that they meet the above conditions. Anyone failing to meet them or refusing to provide proof will be excluded and, if a winner, will not receive their prize.
Only one entry per person is permitted, with the same name and address. The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any checks necessary to enforce this rule.
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 7: Use of participants’ personal data
Participants’ information is recorded and used by the Organiser to keep a record of their participation and enable prizes to be awarded.
Participants may object on legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data provided for this game. They may also object to its use for commercial marketing outside their participation in this competition. This right may be exercised upon registration by writing to the Organiser at the address in Article 1.

Article 10: Liability
The Organiser cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or an unforeseen event beyond its control.
The Organiser cannot be held liable for postal delays, loss, theft or damage, or illegible postmarks attributable to postal services. Nor can it be held liable or face any claim for events constituting force majeure, such as strikes or severe weather, that partly or entirely prevent participants from taking part and/or winners from enjoying their prizes.
