It was founded through the association of two complementary profiles. Miléna Carré, founder, leads the wealth strategy after six years spent in banking and then within a Parisian firm. Amazigh Habtiche, former commercial director for the professional market in a major French bank, heads the corporate division. Private wealth and the professional sphere are thus handled together, by the same contacts.
We support individuals, families, and business leaders on all wealth-related matters: tax optimization, financial investments (life insurance, capitalization contracts, PER, SCPI, structured products, Luxembourg contracts), real estate investment and financing search, retirement planning, and estate planning. For businesses, we intervene in the placement of cash surpluses, short- and long-term financing, and acquisition or divestment operations.
Our method consists of three steps: listen, analyze, act. A complete diagnosis of the private and professional situation, a prioritized and quantified roadmap, followed by long-term monitoring with progress reviews and rebalancing as your situation or markets evolve.
