After more than twenty years dedicated to supporting a demanding clientele within major private and investment banks, we founded EQUITAM to pursue our profession with full independence, as part of an entrepreneurial project driven by a shared vision.
During his career at UBS, Anthony Fabre initiated and supported numerous corporate finance operations, particularly total or partial business disposals. Alongside his clients’ legal and tax advisors, he helped structure and optimize these transactions. Today, he continues to support selling families in the organization and management of their financial assets.
Arman Mansouri, for his part, spent several years as a trader at BNP Paribas in London. At the heart of the financial markets, he worked with a clientele composed of industrial multinationals and investment funds. This experience allowed him to acquire a deep understanding of monetary, economic, and financial mechanisms.
Born from a shared passion for financial markets, their collaboration was naturally built around the complementarity of their backgrounds, expertise, and approach to consulting. This shared vision led them to venture together and create a structure capable of bringing together the best of their two professional worlds.
EQUITAM thus combines the skills of Private Banking and Investment Banking to offer its clients global, independent, and high-standard wealth management support.
The company was established in January 2022, thanks in particular to the trust placed in it by its long-standing clients. Initially established as a financial investment consultancy, EQUITAM reached a new milestone in July 2023 by obtaining its authorization from the Autorité des marchés financiers.
Now recognized as an asset management company, EQUITAM can offer an expanded range of investment services and strengthen its support for its clients, while respecting their objectives, constraints, and wealth horizon.
