Delta AM joined the Burrus group at the beginning of 2021. The Company quickly became interested in financing the real economy, since disintermediation made it possible.
Originally specialized in special situations, it financed SMEs very early on, when some of their business owners wanted to supplement their financing methods by using bond debt.
Delta AM subsequently developed financing solutions suited to French SMEs, via a fund eligible as an Economic Lending Fund, France Economie Réelle. The main financing need concerns companies with revenues between €10M and €200M whose needs are primarily between €1M and €10M. In parallel and in order to cover a new need expressed by companies, the Company launched Delta Bridge Financing with the guiding principle of granting short-term financing.
In order to secure and reassure investors who could contribute in this way to the development of SMEs-midcaps, Delta AM, as trustee, has chosen to do so primarily via the security trust mechanism.
