Experts du Patrimoine Championship Competition
Article 1: Organizing Companies
SAS SAND 360, with a share capital of €30,000, hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer,” whose registered office is located at 91 RUE DU FAUBOURG SAINT-HONORE, 75008 PARIS, registered under number 904 383 932 R.C.S. Paris, is organizing a free competition with no purchase obligation from 02/02/2026 at 10:00 AM to 13/01/2027 at 11:59 PM.
The Competition is a free contest with no purchase obligation, open from February 2, 2026, to January 13, 2027, midnight.
To participate, simply log on to the competition address:
https://www.experts-du-patrimoine.fr/championnat/ and complete at least one asset allocation in the competition. This involves virtually investing a sum of €1,000,000 (one million euros) across one or more available investment vehicles and, if desired, subsequently making one or more switches between these different vehicles.
The investments and/or divestments thus made constitute a simulation carried out on the investment vehicles available in a life insurance contract or securities account. It is specified, however, that this simulation is conducted according to the actual conditions of financial market fluctuations.
Participants will be ranked according to the performance of their portfolio.
Article 2: Participants
This free competition with no purchase obligation is exclusively open to persons of legal age, wealth management professionals, as of the start date of the competition, residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica).
Excluded from the competition are persons who do not meet the above conditions, as well as members of “The Organizer’s” staff, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, implementation, or management of the competition, as well as their spouse and members of their families: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives, whether or not living under their roof.
“The Organizer” reserves the right to ask any participant to provide proof of the conditions set out above. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to provide proof will be excluded from the competition and will not be able to receive their prize in the event of winning.
Only one entry per person is permitted (same name, same address). “The Organizer” reserves the right to carry out any verification to ensure compliance with this rule.
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: Participation Procedures
Participants must go to the following URL: https://www.experts-du-patrimoine.fr
– Participation is exclusively reserved for Wealth Management Professionals (CGP, Brokers, Insurance Agents);
– Participation is by name; the participant may not under any circumstances play on behalf of third parties (proof of identity or residence may be requested from participants at any time during the Competition); It is specified that participants may register throughout the duration of the competition using the registration form available at the competition address: https://www.experts-du-patrimoine.fr/championnat/
The participant must complete the information form fully and correctly for their registration to be validated. The player is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form shall serve as proof of their identity.
Any participation carried out contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the entry invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the competition by “The Organizer” without the latter having to justify this decision. Any incomplete, erroneous, or illegible identification or participation, whether intentional or not, or carried out in a form other than that provided for in these rules, will be considered null and void. The same sanction will apply in the event of multiple entries.
Article 4: Selection of Winners
Participants will be ranked according to the performance of their portfolio, in two categories, funds and stocks/cryptos, as of January 13, 2027, at midnight.
Selection date(s): 20/01/27 at the prize-giving ceremony.
Article 6: Announcement of Winners
Player performances will be hidden from the public as well as from participants from December 21, 2026, to January 13, 2027. Participants will be able to continue viewing their own performance, but those of others will remain unknown to them until the evening of the prize-giving ceremony on January 20, 2027.
Article 7: Use of Participants’ Personal Data
Participants’ information is recorded and used by “The Organizer” to record their participation in the competition and enable the awarding of prizes.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to their personal data provided in connection with this competition being processed. They also have the right to object to such data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this competition, which they may exercise upon registration of their participation by writing to “The Organizer” at the address mentioned in Article 1.
The winner(s) authorize “The Organizer” to use their details (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring upon them any remuneration, right, or advantage of any kind, other than the awarding of their prize.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act in its latest version, as well as Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), the participant may exercise their right of access, rectification, erasure of data, limitation of processing, their right to data portability, their right to object, as well as their right to withdraw consent by writing to “The Organizer” at the address mentioned in Article 1.
Article 09: Industrial and Intellectual Property
The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the competition, including these rules, is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on sites to which it provides access via hyperlinks are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code worldwide. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes counterfeiting subject to criminal penalties.
Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos, and signs constitutes counterfeiting subject to criminal penalties.
Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
Article 10: Liability
“The Organizer’s” liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond its control.
“The Organizer” cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, lack of legibility of postmarks due to postal services. Nor can it be held responsible, and no recourse may be brought against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) partially or totally depriving participants of the possibility of participating in the competition and/or winners of the benefit of their prizes.
“The Organizer” as well as its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of prizes by the beneficiaries or their guests once the winners have taken possession of them.
Similarly, “The Organizer,” as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of prizes by the beneficiaries once the winners have taken possession of them. Any additional cost necessary for taking possession of the prizes is entirely the responsibility of the winners, without them being able to request any compensation from “The Organizer,” nor from the service provider or partner companies.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any delays, discrepancies, or errors in the updating of values offered in the context of the Experts du Patrimoine Championship, as these are sourced from external sources and integrated for informational purposes. The values taken into account for the calculation of transactions and performance are exclusively those displayed on the platform at the precise moment of order validation by the participant.
Article 11: Disputes & Claims
These rules are governed by French law.
“The Organizer” reserves the right to settle without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted, in particular concerning the procedures of the competition, the results, the prizes, or their receipt, one month after the end of the competition.
Except in the case of manifest errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from “The Organizer’s” competition systems shall have probative force in any dispute regarding connection elements and the computer processing of said information
